A caffeine-free herbal tisane blend of mugwort, lemon balm, lemon verbena, chamomile, fennel*, valerian*, and hops. This tisane is grown (with the exception of the fennel and valerian) and blended by Delight Flower Farm right here in Champaign, IL.
Delight Flower Farm is not technically organic certified, but everything they grow is grown using organic practices (no herbicides, etc.). They outsource 2 elements in this tisane blend: valerian and fennel, but they purchase them from certified organic channels.
This product was produced in a home kitchen, not subject to public health inspection that may also process common food allergens.
